2,、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行iso9000系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn),，認(rèn)真組織學(xué)習(xí)測量法規(guī)、測量規(guī)范,，進(jìn)一步細(xì)化施工測量作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,，按高等級公路、新建鐵路,、既有鐵路改造等施工項目編制更詳細(xì)的測量作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,，實現(xiàn)測量工作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。

3,、測量作業(yè)要格式化,，各項目經(jīng)理部要采用公司統(tǒng)一印發(fā)的測量記錄本，嚴(yán)格按照施工項目和測量類別選用相應(yīng)的記錄,，(如導(dǎo)線測量就要采用導(dǎo)線測量記錄本,，四等水準(zhǔn)就采用四等水準(zhǔn)記錄本)記錄要清晰明確;測量交底資料要格式化，必須嚴(yán)格按照公司下發(fā)的交底格式樣本,，交底資料要清晰明確;測量成果要格式化,，測量成果書中要有工程項目概況,、測量觀測方法、測量時間,、測量所用的儀器,、測量人員,、測量計算(平差)的方法,、最終所采用的結(jié)果及測量精度評定等;測量記錄本、測量交底資料及測量成果書要保留完好,，直到工程結(jié)束,。

4、測量作業(yè)要精細(xì)化,，重點控制工程測量外業(yè)要堅持換手測量原則,，內(nèi)業(yè)要堅持復(fù)核和審批制度，要按照《施工測量管理實施細(xì)則》中測量資料該由項目總工復(fù)核的,，項目總工必須復(fù)核并簽字,，該上報公司工程部的要及時上報，公司工程部專業(yè)工程師要及時復(fù)核并將意見及時反饋,，該由公司總工程師審核的必須報公司總工程師審核,，各工序的測量交底資料必須有計算和復(fù)核人簽字，測量關(guān)鍵工序還要有審核人簽字,。要嚴(yán)格按照《施工測量管理實施細(xì)則》中的測量分工責(zé)任制,，該由項目部組織的測量要放手讓項目部組織，資料可通過發(fā)送郵件由公司專業(yè)工程師復(fù)核,，該由公司組織的測量作業(yè)必須由公司工程部組織,，決不推卸。對重點控制工程必須要進(jìn)行定期的檢核測量,。
