微格教學(xué)是在現(xiàn)代教育理論和思想指導(dǎo)下的實踐活動,。因此,，在進(jìn)行微格教學(xué)訓(xùn)練前進(jìn)行教學(xué)理論的學(xué)習(xí)和研究是非常必要的。學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容有：教學(xué)設(shè)計,、教學(xué)目標(biāo)分類,、教材分析、教學(xué)技能分類,、課堂教學(xué)觀察方法,、教學(xué)評價和學(xué)習(xí)者的特點等。

2.確定培訓(xùn)技能和編寫教案
