一是眼勤,每天閱讀文件,,查閱資料,,看文件、材料不能像過眼云煙,,毫無印象,。要熟悉情況,看出問題,。

二是手勤,,在工作上積極主動,做好各項工作的記錄,,對看到的問題,,數(shù)據(jù),都要根據(jù)需要分別記錄,。

三是嘴勤,,處理日常事務(wù)工作中,要多動口向同事請教,,對不清楚的情況,、細節(jié)逐一落實,勤問,,勤打聽,,勤催辦。

四是腿勤,,要與相關(guān)部門多聯(lián)系,,互相交流情況,互相支持配合好各項工作,。

五是腦勤,,對各類業(yè)務(wù)報表要認真分析,對收集的信息要動腦分析研究,,注意摸索,、積累和總結(jié)。

總而言之,,以持之以恒的做到五勤為基點,,就能做好內(nèi)勤工作,。

三、面對困難

在工作中難免遇到各式各樣的問題和困難,,在遇到問題時,,首先找出問題的本質(zhì),然后找出方法去解決問題,。在遇到困難的時候,,不是一味去強調(diào)困難的難度系數(shù),而是用積極的態(tài)度去面對困難,,想辦法去克服,,在遇到每一個有問題,有困難的事情,,努力去處理它,,克服它,在這整個過程中,,對我自身而言,,都是一個學(xué)習(xí)的過程,解決問題和克服困難的同時,,自己的綜合工作能力,,得到了很大的提高。

四,、今后努力的方向:

這半年來,,本人愛崗敬業(yè)、兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的開展工作,,雖然取得了成績,,但也存在一些問題和不足。主要是表現(xiàn)在:

轉(zhuǎn)眼間,,我進入x行工作已經(jīng)兩年零兩個月了,,不經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨,怎么見彩虹,,從最初的新手成長為分理處的會計,,再進入公司業(yè)務(wù)部,這其中有辛酸,,有汗水,,當然,更多的是喜悅,?;仡櫼堰^去的20x年,我用3個詞來進行總結(jié):珍惜,、進步,、成長。

一,、珍惜

態(tài)度決定一切,,銀行業(yè)因為特殊的性質(zhì)決定了其從業(yè)人員應(yīng)該有更高的素質(zhì),從踏上銀行工作崗位的第一天起,,我就提醒自己要對得起所從事的這份職業(yè):在思想上嚴格要求自己,,生活上保持艱苦樸素的作風(fēng),在工作中勤勤懇懇,積極向上,,刻苦專研業(yè)務(wù)知識與技能,,能夠較好地完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各級部門安排的各項任務(wù),從而體現(xiàn)出自身的價值,。

逆風(fēng)的方向,,更適合飛翔,,只有面對挑戰(zhàn),才能不斷地成長,。在20x年x月末正式接手x分理處會計崗位之前,,我一直從事簡單的柜面操作,對會計方面的業(yè)務(wù)不熟悉,,能否勝任它對我來說是個不小的挑戰(zhàn),。當時正值過年期間,是一年的業(yè)務(wù)旺季,,彷佛所有事情一下都堆起來了,,白天要辦理柜面業(yè)務(wù),晚上整理傳票及其他資料,。那段時間加班到11點是很正常的事,,但我仍感覺有做不完的事,每天都被傳票所累,。我知道會計的工作遠不止傳票而已,,但如果能及時有

效地整理好當天的傳票對會計工作又是相當重要的,因為這樣既能為相關(guān)會計后續(xù)工作打下良好的基礎(chǔ),,又能騰出大量的時間,。

1、業(yè)務(wù)技能不夠精細,,雖然已從事記賬崗位兩年,,但會出業(yè)務(wù)仍未精通。現(xiàn)在從事了全新的公司信貸崗位,,首先要有肯學(xué)肯鉆的態(tài)度,,其次任何崗位都不可能在短時間內(nèi)就能做到精通,因此我已經(jīng)做好長期努力的準備,。保持一貫踏實的作風(fēng),,克服性格上內(nèi)向的缺點,努力成長為一名優(yōu)秀的現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行客戶經(jīng)理,。
