在陽光城項(xiàng)目部,,業(yè)主重點(diǎn)要求監(jiān)理人員對工程質(zhì)量,、安全和進(jìn)度實(shí)施監(jiān)控,,a標(biāo)段各單體樓屋面為45°斜屋面,,施工中存在較大安全隱患,同時屋面混凝土板厚控制很難掌握,,在要求施工方提前上報的斜屋面專項(xiàng)施工方案中,,經(jīng)審閱,發(fā)現(xiàn)有些安全質(zhì)量技術(shù)措施不具備可操作行,,提議施工方另選其它方便可行方案,,我及時將該問題反映給總監(jiān),,總監(jiān)提出了較好的施工提議,施工方采取了該提議,,不僅僅縮短了斜屋面施工時間,,還保證了屋面板板厚和混凝土澆筑質(zhì)量,施工過程中未出現(xiàn)任何安全事故,。

在陽光城項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部工作期間,,設(shè)計圖紙中出現(xiàn)很多錯漏碰缺的地方,,再加之設(shè)計變更頻繁出現(xiàn),我深刻意識到對圖紙的掌握必須到位,。另外,,安裝圖紙及安裝施工技術(shù)我還沒有全面掌握,為更好的以設(shè)計圖紙為依據(jù)實(shí)施監(jiān)理,,我必須在后期工作當(dāng)中,,認(rèn)真對設(shè)計圖紙的全面掌握再下真功夫。
