在陽光城項(xiàng)目部,，業(yè)主重點(diǎn)要求監(jiān)理人員對工程質(zhì)量,、安全和進(jìn)度實(shí)施監(jiān)控,，a標(biāo)段各單體樓屋面為45°斜屋面,，施工中存在較大安全隱患，同時屋面混凝土板厚控制很難掌握,，在要求施工方提前上報的斜屋面專項(xiàng)施工方案中,，經(jīng)審閱，發(fā)現(xiàn)有些安全質(zhì)量技術(shù)措施不具備可操作行,，提議施工方另選其它方便可行方案,，我及時將該問題反映給總監(jiān),，總監(jiān)提出了較好的施工提議，施工方采取了該提議,，不僅僅縮短了斜屋面施工時間,，還保證了屋面板板厚和混凝土澆筑質(zhì)量，施工過程中未出現(xiàn)任何安全事故,。

在陽光城項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部工作期間,，設(shè)計圖紙中出現(xiàn)很多錯漏碰缺的地方,，再加之設(shè)計變更頻繁出現(xiàn)，我深刻意識到對圖紙的掌握必須到位,。另外,，安裝圖紙及安裝施工技術(shù)我還沒有全面掌握，為更好的以設(shè)計圖紙為依據(jù)實(shí)施監(jiān)理,，我必須在后期工作當(dāng)中,，認(rèn)真對設(shè)計圖紙的全面掌握再下真功夫。
